The Lotus Studio Center for Acupuncture & Wellness is the group effort of three former classmates who came together to create a nurturing and healing environment which now integrates the holistic perspectives of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Naturopathic Medicine, Integrative Counseling and Massage Therapy. We are fully dedicated to compassionate healing on every level of our clients’ needs.
Acupuncture
Michele Kingsley, M.S., L.Ac., Dipl. O.M.
Michele received her Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Denver CO. She is nationally board certified and is a professional member of the American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Colorado University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Indiana University. Along with her post graduate work she has also studied reflexology, massage and reiki.
Michele's philosophy is to treat the whole person in a nonjudgmental environment. She likes to help her clients cultivate a comprehensive health strategy.
Michele's charitable contributions includes working with abused women, runaways and providing dentistry for the poor and under severed population in Denver.

Robert Ogarek, M.S., L.Ac., Dipl. O.M.
Robert is a nationally licensed, board certified Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and his Master of Science from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Robert’s passion and interest in Chinese Medicine was a direct result of personal healing from Acupuncture. His goal as a practitioner is to encourage a partnership with his patients by creating a safe and honest environment to allow the healing process to occur. Each patients treatment will be customized toward achieving the healthiest and happiest life possible. Robert is dedicated to resolving the underlying causes of your health concerns and providing accurate treatment.
Robert specializes in Pain Management, Healthy Conception, and Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture
In addition to expanding his knowledge in Chinese Medicine, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters as well as being an avid mountain biker.

Curt Frager, M.S., L.Ac., Dipl. O.M.
Curt is a nationally licensed, board certified Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist. He practices Traditional Chinese Medicine, Five Element and Esoteric Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, Acutonics and Medical Qigong. Curt is also a certified Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist with the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) and currently runs the AcuDetox program for the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless Substance Treatment Service. Currently a Faculty member at The Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine he earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida and his Master of Science from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. By combining the various elements of his training he aimes to help each individual client find health as a whole being on every level. Curt is committed to living, enjoying and sharing a healthy and balanced life and has dedicated himself to becoming masterful in the art of healing.

Integrative Counseling
Gina Watkins LCSW, RYT
Gina Watkins is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Registered Yoga Teacher. She works with adults and adolescents on various issues related to depression, stress, anxiety, addiction, self-esteem, abuse, trauma and relationships. In addition to more Traditional therapeutic methods, and if appropriate, she integrates mindfulness through breathing techniques, meditation and gentle yoga postures.
Gina believes that the mind-body connection is essential to creating self-awareness and is a key component to personal change and growth. She approaches individual, couples and family counseling with the intention for each individual to feel safe, supported and that time was well spent. She invites you to explore how you can create the joy you need in your life and define what well being means to you.

Jill Altieri, LCSW

Jill received a Masters in Social Work from Colorado State University and has been doing therapy with Adults, Adolescents, and Families both in private practice as well as in community mental health and school settings. She believes it is an honor working with clients to help support their process of self-discovery and healing. Jill has a spiritual and holistic approach to therapy and believes that our connections through relationships are powerful and essential to our lives. Creating a positive therapeutic and trusting relationship inspires the process of self-exploration and growth. She truly enjoys helping people address challenges and explore ways of navigating through life successfully and more positively.

Ken Mueller, RMT
Ken has completed over 1,000 hours of certified training in massage modalities including an advance certification of Thai Yoga Massage taken in Chiang Mai Thailand. Registered in the state of Colorado and a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals, Ken keeps current with continuing education and is constantly evolving his work. He will customize your sessions with a variety of modalities including, Thai Yoga Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue/Neuromuscular Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Hot Stone, Vibrational Healing, Reflexology, Meditative Chakra Balancing, and Aromatherapy. It is his natural ability to be present while he is in session with you connecting the whole body mind and spirit.
Ken’s life experiences include banking, innkeeping and the chef arts. He enjoys his 2 sons, traveling, hiking, yoga and gardening. He is often volunteering his talents in cooking events for local food banks
